Toys R Us announced to launch its own tablet, The Tabeo, a tablet designed for children. the touchscreen tablet will hit stores on October 21, 2012, priced at $149.99 and will come with apps that your kids love, such as angry Birds and Fruit Ninca, but it will also include some child-safety features.
The Tabeo is considered tobe a real tablet, with real specs. The tablet has a 7-inch display and will run on Goggle Inc.'s Android 4.0 operating system. It also supports WiFi and has a front camera, speakers, a microphone, a mini-HDMI port, and a USB port. Toys R Us estimates 10 hours of battery life during normal use.
